Our Wellness Philosophy
Benicia Wellness Center has been providing the Benicia and wider East Bay community with compassionate, evidence-based alternative healthcare for over 20 years. Dr. Megan McConnell, owner of and chiropractor at Benicia Wellness Center (BWC), has intentionally developed a practice where patients & practitioners work together to foster a shared commitment to achieving better health & wellness.
Benicia Wellness Center has a fundamental commitment to helping you achieve your unique health goals and working together to provide effective solutions that promote lasting wellness.
On April 3, 2023, California will end its mask mandate for healthcare workers & settings. This will include Benicia Wellness Center & our wellness team.

Benicia Wellness Center is located in the heart of downtown Benicia, a northeast bay community of about 28,000. You can find us at the top of First Street, adjacent to the City Park Gazebo, at:

Take I-80 West towards Vallejo, CA.
Use the I-780 Junction towards Benicia/Martinez and take the loop ramp to merge onto I-780 East.
Take I-780 to Exit 5 for Central Benicia/East Second Street.
Turn left onto East Second Street at the bottom of the off-ramp and continue until you reach Military East.
Take a left onto Military East and continue to First Street.
Turn left onto First Street & continue just past K street.
Our office is at the corner of East K Street & First Street.

Take I-80 East over the Carquinez Bridge.
Use Exit 30A (to Benicia/Martinez) and merge onto I-780 East.
Take I-780 to Exit 5 for Central Benicia/East Second Street.
Turn left onto East Second Street at the bottom of the off-ramp and continue until you reach Military East.
Take a left onto Military East and continue to First Street.
Turn left onto First Street & continue just past K street.
Our office is at the corner of East K Street & First Street.

Keeping left, take Exit 58A (towards Benicia/Vallejo) and merge onto I-780 West.
Take I-780 to Exit 5 for Central Benicia/East Second Street.
Turn left onto East Second Street at the bottom of the off-ramp and continue until you reach Military East.
Take a left onto Military East and continue to First Street.
Turn left onto First Street & continue just past K street.

Keeping right, take Exit 58 (towards Benicia/Vallejo) and merge onto I-780 West.

Take a left onto Military East and continue to First Street.
